when someone is facing a problem that quite stressful, and it would disrupt the work, and i have several ways to relieve stress, misalnya, find many activities such as the streets, talked to friends, or can also listen to music, for some people music is an alternative to relieve stress, because by listening to musik we would feel confortable,and gradually we can forget our problems for a moment, and the mind become fress, or to more easily again, think if the problems we are facing this problem easy to solve, but that does not mean we underestimate the problem, because there are some peaole respond to minor problems were exaggerated and vice versa. so it was very clever to read the situation and condition yourself
